I’m currently on a flight from LA to Indianapolis to host my friend Allie’s baby shower!

If you haven’t had the chance to meet Allie at one of my Soul Care Retreats, she works for me and has become one of my dearest friends. You may recall seeing photos of her when we took a trip to Mexico last fall to celebrate surviving book launch season and her three-year workiversary :) Everyone adores Al, so I hope in 2024 you can attend a retreat and meet her— she’s my incredible co-host!

Flying without Shia is a vacation, so even though I don’t feel the best I’m enjoying a day of travel where I can read and write uninterrupted. (Every parent of a little one, you feel me?) If you’ve followed my Instagram stories I’ve been sick with some viral infection… confirmed not Covid, Flu, or Strep twice now… and I’m wearing a mask and was told I’m not contagious so don’t come at me.
